For R. E. H.

William Andrew Smith married Wilhelmina Meimerstorf.  They had 3 sons--Joe Henry, William Glen "Jack", and John "Johnny" Edward Smith.  Minnie died before the 3 sons were grown.  Joe Henry was married in 1954.  Johnny and Jack were still single, I think.  One of the three Smith sons is father of M. H. All three Smiths were truck drivers.  William Glen "Jack" Smith retired after 34 years at Sugar Creek Creamery.  He was a member of the Teamsters Union.  Johnny and Joe were also truck drivers.  Johnny was a bee keeper and a farmer too.  Joe Henry also farmed some I think.
I don't think William Glen actually was a farmer, just a trucker.  Everyone always spoke highly of him, but I did not know him.  The wives of Johnny and Joe are still living....about 90 years old.
